Great service! I had a problem with my boiler after a blackout, and it was in the middle of the Easter holidays, most of the repair companies unavailable. A friend then recommended them, and they were fantastic. Sent a man in a few hours that could find the root cause, fix the problem quickly and it is working perfectly since then.

Called at 6pm requesting an emergency plumber to come and investigate a leak. Plumber arrived on site by 7.15, Leak found and resolved within half hour. Great service.

We need install a water heater in the toilet. We had been contacted with other companies before we come to them. Most of work waiting lists are longer than them. People from Plumber Heat, they always get me back quick, very good communicated with us. Had done a supper good job.

I called on a Sunday morning after having a toilet that was blocked for over two days. My letting agency wasn’t responding to my maintenance request and I’d tried everything I could myself from liquid unblocked to plunging. I was desperately searching for a plumber that could come and unblock it on a Sunday morning and finally called Plumber heat. They were very polite and professional and my toilet was fixed within two hours and I was charged an extremely fair price, especially for it being out of hours. I’d definitely recommend!

I called plumber heat late on a Saturday night as there was a serious leak in my flat with water going into the flat beneath me and the boiler repair company I had already booked to come out to do the repair had cancelled on me at the last minute. Plumber heat were fast to get back to me, their repair man was with me within 20 minutes of confirmation of the visit. The staff were friendly, they were quick to find the problem, had good advise on what needed doing, and there was great customer service following the visit. The cost of the service was reasonable and less than what some of the bigger companies were asking for the same work. I can't speak highly enough for this small company. Will 100% use them again in the future

Over the weekend we had a flood and the team handled it superbly: they were quick, patient, and gave superb advice. We'll definitely call them again for non-emergency work!

My job was not straightforward - a bit of sourcing the correct white goods, then replacing them, along with repairs to the bathroom wall and taking off tiles and putting up aqua panels. The quote was prepared within 3 days I changed it slightly and a second quote was back with me 2 days later. The price quoted was excellent and within a week the job was started. All work was completed as quickly as they could (depended on delivery of white goods) and to a high standard - no mess left and all items fully working. The bathroom is now a delight with the repairs made and the new aqua panels in place. I will definitely use Plumberheat again.
